Celtic Financial Services, LLC is a financial services organization founded by Bill Breitweiser and Jim Hixon. The seeds for the partnership were planted during a golfing holiday in Ireland in 1998. As friends, Jim agreed to show Ireland’s beauty to Bill by planning a golf trip. The idea of joining forces and beginning a partnership was solidified on the golf courses and while enjoying a few pints in various pubs around Killarney, Waterville, Tralee, Lahinch and other towns in southwest Ireland.
